During the Executive Members General meeting, candidates will have an opportunity to promote themselves to other Executive Members and present their portfolio, interests and ideas. 

Executive members will then choose the Members of the Advisory Executive Board and will elect the Chairman of the Board.

The Executive Members General Meeting and Elections will be held and conducted on an annual basis at the least.
